Three kinds of people land on this site. Pick your door, or scroll on for the plain-English version, no jargon, I promise.

What I do, in one sentence

I set up AI systems that run inside your own office, on your own computer, so your private information never gets sent over the internet to a company like ChatGPT.

Why that matters

Most AI tools (ChatGPT and the like) work by sending your text, documents, or images to a company's servers somewhere else. For a lot of people that's fine. But if you're a law firm, a clinic, an accountant, or any business with confidential files, sending that information to an outside company can break your rules, or just feel wrong.

I build the same kind of AI (a chatbot, a document searcher, an assistant), but it lives entirely on a computer you own. Your files never leave the building. That's the whole idea. People call it "private AI" or "on-premises AI." I call it the obvious choice for anyone handling sensitive work.

What I can build for you

Why me

I'm honest about how I work: I don't write software by hand in the traditional way. I design the system, direct AI tools to build it, and then carefully check and operate it. I've spent years in quality control and data security (the careful, rule-following kind of work), which is exactly what you want from someone handling your confidential setup. And I prove everything in public: you can see my work, including the mistakes I made and fixed, before you ever pay me.

How to start

The easiest first step is a short paid audit: I look at what you have, what you want, and what's possible, then give you a plain written report. No commitment beyond that.

The one-page briefs

Each of the three systems I operate, as a downloadable one-page PDF: what it does, the measured numbers, and what it honestly can't do yet. Made for forwarding to a colleague or a boss:

Based in Singapore · working remotely with international clients · on-site travel available for overseas engagements · the technical deep-dives (for the engineers) are in projects and the blog.
